The room was spacious with a private bathroom, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge, offering a comfortable stay with a large bed and a convenient kitchenette.

Everything was brand-new, deluxe hotel, the location was favourable close to a hill and the local restaurant. I booked a room with a big bed, a kitchen area, tea/coffee, and a kettle. Enjoyed garden view. I had a pleasant overnight time;)))

By and large, it was amazing base for sightseeing in Como, had much fun. The staff was helpful and affable when needed. We enjoyed our guest room with a comfortable bed. The food was appetising and the location was perfect...

I did enjoy the lovely terrace and the breathtaking views. And the safety features were amazing, it's always nice to feel secure while on vacation.

The "soundproof walls" were a hilarious joke, I could hear every noise from the corridor. And let's not forget the super convenient flat-screen TV, because who doesn't enjoy watching a movie on a tiny 10-inch screen?

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Livio. the apartments were small but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the best part was the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view. the free parking was a great bonus. the host was very nice and responsive. We also loved the convenient location, close to Chiasso and just a short bus ride away from Como center. As people who like karaoke and casinos, we had a great time exploring the lakes area.

casa livio - rooms and studios was an excellent choice for our stay in como. the convenient location allowed us to easily explore chiasso and lugano lake. the neighborhood was peaceful, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace. the clean and comfortable accommodations exceeded our expectations, and the friendly host provided helpful recommendations.

The location was a bit far from the city center, requiring a 10-15 minute car ride. There was also a motorway bridge nearby, but we didn't notice any noise.

I always stay at this place in Como. Great staff who helped me with town info. Has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, picnic area, TV, kitchen amenities. Coming back for New Year!
